RMC web page not loading for LTO library

I am getting Java messages when trying to access the RMC for my LTO library from my Windows 2000 workstation. I have installed the latest JRE, but still cannot get the page to load.
How can I determine whether this is a hardware problem (possibly a bad RMC) or just Java hosing me up?

Any tips on fixing the Java issue, if that is what it turns out to be, would be much appreciated also!

The errors I am getting are as follows:

Applet fMain Applet notinited

Loading Applet failed....
