Remove Default user from MSL tape library

Hello friends

I have a customer with msl8096, by default it has 3 users (user, Administrator, service), due to auditors report, they want to delete the user account, however through the web interface I could not find it, hope someone can advice if this is possible and how to do it.

AFAIK the "user" can get the status of the library, but cannot see other config or operation pages and cannot change anything. He cannot be removed.
