Replacement of the drive in MSL6030

HP MSL6030 2 Ultrium 460 Drive FCRouter Rack-mount.
FW library and drives is max updated.
Drive with ID 1 fell out and was replaced new one.
Now drive with ID 2 works normally and new drive with ID 1 doesnтАЩt write.
In DP 6 we have:
"Cannot write to device ([1117] The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error." This isn't DP error - we know.
This drive don't pass-through тАЭDrive Conectivity testтАЭ in HP StorageWorks Library and Tape Tools. But all physical connection is normal state. In recommendations we need check the configuration of our SCSI Bus. How can I do that?

Check this is the cabling you have:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&objectID=c00659626&jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN

Notice terminators are on the drive and not in the library controller.

what does HP L&TT says? you can load a support ticket here.

Did you have the NSR to discover for the new drive, and checked the mapping is correct?

You can as well swap both drives to see if the problems follows drive #1 or stays in the bay/cabling/NSR Port. Or swap NSR SCSI port to isolate the problem.

Re: Replacement of the drive in MSL6030

1) "Check this is the cabling you have:

Terminator was on the controller, in compliance with your recommendation now.
Nothing change.

2)"what does HP L&TT says? you can load a support ticket here."
HP L&TT says what "Drive Connectivity test failed". (Please verify that the physical connection between your host and the drive is operational).
3)"Please check the configuration of your SCSI Bus, proper termination, proper installation of all required drivers."
All checked, no problem found.

4)"Did you have the NSR to discover for the new drive, and checked the mapping is correct?"
Yes, and there is all good.

5)"You can as well swap both drives to see if the problems follows drive #1 or stays in the bay/cabling/NSR Port. Or swap NSR SCSI port to isolate the problem."
The problems follows drive #1

Re: Replacement of the drive in MSL6030

there is nothing in the support ticket.
Seems like the drive is not responding.

Re: Replacement of the drive in MSL6030

Yes, drive #2 creates support ticket more full. But in support ticket from drive #1 we can see - SCSI Drive ID Unknown???

Although on all other devises drive #2 visible without problem (on router, on hosts with DP6, in library and so on).
