Restore a mailbox using Data Protector 5.5

Hey Everyone, First time users here.

We are currently trying to restore an exchange 2003 mailbox using Data protector 5.5 and an HP:MSL 6000 series back up drive.

The error we get when we go to compete the restore is attached.

Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

I have installed the hot fix and nothing still seems to happen. Are you able to offer any more ideas?? Basically when we go to restore a mailbox from data protector the first thing we get is the 02bar application error. We are able to restore other objects / documents just not a mailbox.
