SCSI Errors

Have read a lot of the other useful information here regarding SCSI errors but are still having some errors come up in event viewer.
Proliant 3000, with library host bus adapter using Veritas backup exec to run a 2 drive library. Use to always get "A parity error was detected on \device\scsiport4" Source: cpq32fs2", but after swapping cables and updating drivers and firmware now get, "the driver detected a controller error on on \device\scsiport4", with a subsequent "The device on, \device\scsiport4, did not respond witin the timeout period" a little after that. Backups still run etc but a bit of a puzzle -Any clues?

Re: SCSI Errors

That error rings a bell. Try to check if there are any even newer drivers for the scsi adapter. I think it was updated just a couple of weeks ago. Also, try disabling any Compaq Insight Manager storage/scsi agents.
