SCSI HP Surestore 2000 that use DDS-1
Morning
The above tape is connected to Novell 3.12 server running Arcserve 6.
I'm getting following errors. Where, can I get replacement or which is the best tape drive to use on Novell 3.12, running Arcserve V6

Re: SCSI HP Surestore 2000 that use DDS-1
I thought I had replied to this...
Surestore 2000 are not manufactured anymore...
You can try e-bay for replacements, or see if the parts store has these models still.
http://partsurfer.hp.com/cgi-bin/spi/main
Enter the part number of your drive (ie: C1555D) in the search field and it will tell you if it is available for purchase through HP.
Sounds like you need a replacement.
