SCSI interface for HP 88780 9-Track drive needed

Anyone know where a SE SCSI interface board for a HP 88780 9-track table drive could be found? I have a Pertec interface (condtion unknown - assumed good) available for trade in desired. The SCSI interface part number is 88780-66535 if that helps. Thanks.

It will be a variety. I'd like to hook it to an Alpha XP1000 under OpenVMS, a homemade P4 Xeon running Linux and maybe a Win2k machine.
