[920 Autoloader has prob]

my data cartridge is show offline other cartridge is working fine,,, how can i recover data from offline media...Please give suggetion how that media can online stage..?

Note: in L&TT tool while i give Media Analyest test with read and write...it will show some data will lost in that process do you want to continue.....i have not do that becuase of so many importent data in media..
