SSL 1016 only backup file smaller than 30MB

Hi all.
I have once SSL 1016 using SDLT tape. It connected to Proliant server (ML370) this tape can only backup file smaller than 30MB.
I use ARCserve Backup r11.5.
Any once faced with this problem???
pls help me

Have you disabled Removable Storage Manager?
