SSL-2020 Installation Problem
I'm adding this to one of my DL380 G3 servers. I've installed an Ultra-3 SCSI card (154457-B21) and the boot sequence reports that it sees the SSL2020 as ID 0 and the SDX-500C drive as ID 4. However, in Device Manager and Backup Exec 9.1, only the drive is seen -- no robotics. Can someone help me understand how to get everyone to see the library and not just the drive? I've installed updated drivers, and I've tried deleting and reinstalling the device.
P.S. This thread has been moved from Archival Products to Tape Libraries and Drives - HP Forums Moderator
