StorageWorks SSL2020 - Slot Stow Failed Error

I have a Fault Code that occurs after a reboot that says Fault Code: 3012 Slot Stow Failed. The only option is to reboot. During reboot I see a message stating Orphaned Cartridge. Not sure what to do... Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Could it be possible that more than 20 cartridges are inserted in the library; could you remove the topcover of the library and check what happend while the unit boots ?
Maybe it could be a calibrating error, too.
