SureStore Autoloader - Failed to perform an inventory check

Can any one help?
I have a:
SureStore Autoloader - Ultrium 2/20 - C9522CB

The unit keeps throwing the following error -
"Failed to perform an inventory check, command sent to drive failed, failed inventory check, code 76, qualifier 106".

Can anyone help me rectify this problem.
