SureStore DAT 40 Issue
Hi! We are running an HP-NetServer E 800 with a SureStore DAT 40. Everything seems to be fine, ie we can run the L&TT tests, and the device seems to pass all the tests. However, there is no drive letter assigned to the tape drive.
Could anyone please tell me how to assign a drive letter to the tape drive?
Thanks.
Ankur.

Re: SureStore DAT 40 Issue
Ankur,
it's impossible to do it. Tape drives are managed in another way than disk drives. You can access tape drives using backup utilities: Native NT backup, or 3rd party software (Tapeware, etc)
