SureStore and 3.5'' drive

I have installed a HP SureStore DAT 24x6(e) in a W2K Advanced Server (sp2). And now I can't see my floppy disk. I have not the Qic117.sys file. Already search help for this problem, but only found it for WNT and not for W2K.

If starts the server with a boot disk, the driver function, the problem is with W2K.
