Surestore T20 error timeout
I have a T20 running on an NT 4.0 server. The tape drive was not recognizing the media until I cleaned the drive. Now it sees it and will begin the backup but after 30 - 60 minutes it stops with the error message "Timeout before function completed". I thought it was the screen saver kicking in but that's not it. It's very random - doesn't stop on a certain file or a file that's open and it varies how long it will run before dying. Any ideas? Thank you, Mike

Yes, it is an E60.
