I'm getting this code along with "drive stow error" it says on the front panel, reboot or power down to clear" I've tried both, no luck

Solution"A problem was encountered while trying to stow a cartridge to a drive. Couldnâ t close the door."
resolution from "maintenance and service guide":
"Use the Load/Unload menu or Cartridge Cycle under the Maintenance/Diagnostic menu to visually verify the problem."
In real world you have to romove drive from library and remove from it tape cartridge.
Than you have two option:
1. Drive is good and need cleaning only, or
2. Drive is damaged, you have to replace it with new one.
