TL891 with Windows 2000

Can anyone tell me which drivers are required to get Windows 2000 to recognize a DEC TL891. I have downloaded and installed the hp softpaq that is referenced but the instructions are not clear on this. This is a big tape drive with a library and autoloader. It requires multiple drivers and carefully written instructions. Anybody done this before?
