Take Ghost Image on DLT Drive

Hi to all,
I am trying to take ghost image of a server directly on to a 20/40 DLT drive. I am using NT 4.0 as OS and Norton Ghost 6.01. But when i try to boot using ghost floppy I am not able to see the DLT drive as destination drive. Do i need to have some drivers or some s/w installed on my server to do so. If anyone has worked on this Please advice me on how to do so or if anyone has any idea on this.Every little input is valuable to me.
