You will see that message on the LCD panel when the DLT firmware is being upgraded.
Normally the message is displayed during the actual flashing of the firmware, then the drive should return to normal.
I have noticed in my experiences that 2 out of 3 times, the drive stayed in "Flux" and only a hard reset made the message go away
