Hi All,

I got a different problem with the 200F error. I cleared the error by stopping the backup services and ejecting the media, but when I tried to load another media on the drive the MSL5026 does not do anything. I tried to move the media with the RMI and it works well but the backup software does not work, don't do backups. I cleared all RSM and recable the library as customer advisory Document ID: c00659626. And the same problem persist. Any ideas?
