Tape devices disappear until next reboot!!!

Hi everyone,
I have a Win2k server and an Emulex LP9002 connected to an L700 with 5LTOs.
If I reboot the SCSI Bridge (Crossroards 10000) that connects the tape devices to the SAN I can't see no more the devices until next reboot.
Any suggestions???

Regards

PSS,

A hardware scan on the Win2k server should make them visible again.

There's no way to make tape device visibles to the device manager.
The hardware scan detect no tapes!

Re: Tape devices disappear until next reboot!!!

Have you the last HBA driver? have you activate persistant binding? (just generic rules, not specific)

Re: Tape devices disappear until next reboot!!!

one parameter recommended to set in the registery is ResetTPRLO=2 in the FC HBA Driver registery, may be set with Lputilnt, but have to be doublechecked in regedit

Can you please tell us what you have tried during the last 10 days so we can limit our guesses?
