Tape library hardware Error
Hi all
Our Tape library is not working, it gives the following error
"Faild to perform an enventory check . Request to move avobe the max vertical height"
Can any one give me any suggestion

Maybe have a hardware problem with the robot (something bocking its movements, cable break, a tape is not seated correctly, etc.)

I do not know which model of library you have, but you can try "library calibration, recalibration or init mechanism" command depending of the model you have, this will recalibrate the encoders and adjust the right position.
Do you have a stacked unit? do you replace some part?
