Solution
Hi,
A quick search on PartSurfer http://partsurfer.hp.com shows that the part number for the terminator on an MSL2024 is 353889-001, which is a "Low Voltage Differential (LVD) SCSI terminator - Has 68-pin high density (M) connector with thumbscrews".
A C2364A would appear to be an "Active Wide Single-Ended SCSI terminator - With 68-pin high density (M) connector with thumbscrews"
So yes it will fit. I don't think there's any problems using an SE terminator in place of an LVD terminator.
Cheers,
Rob

Re: Terminator for MSL2024
The C2364A terminator is the currently shipping U320 LVD terminator and that terminator is compatible with that library. Note that while this terminator is also compatible with SE or single ended, most single ended terminators are not compatible with U320. You need a U320 terminator with this library but most aren't specifically specified as supporting U320 so it's tricky to tell.
