Tl891DLX Not cycling to next tape

We just received an autoloader, TL891DLX
We have had no problems hooking it up, and getting everything going. All went smooth..... until the next morning when it didn't cycle through tapes. It wrote to the first tape, then it quit.

We've tried the load settings to be Random, and sequential, and it's still stopping at the end of the first tape. Any help?

Which server are you dealing with? OS? Version?
Are you using a backup software?

This is our server solely for backing up our customer's info.
We are running Windows 2000 Server
and we use ArcServe as our back-up software.

Are you using software the controls the tape movement or do you want to tapes to load and unload in order?

If you want the tapes to load and unload in order then on the front panel change the library mode from random to serial.

Actually we figured out what we needed to do. We had the jumper wire in wrong. So it couldn't figure out the library. Thanks for your help though!
