Tpae Library 20/40 has hard error>Levels measured does not match levels detected

Hi,

We have HP Tape Library 20/40(C7200-8000). It has 4 DLT8000 Drive and connected with Fibre to SAN Switch with Two HP-UX 11i box.

We have following error:
1. Failed to perform an inventory check, Requested to move above the maximum vertical height (76, 57). FRU List(27,1,3).

2. Transport moved above highest detected level, Requested to move above the maximum vartical height(77,57) FRU List(27,1,3).

What we can do now? We try to calibrate but result is same.
