Two MSL6060s in master slave configuration, how to open slave front doors?
How do i open the front on the slave to exchange tapes?
The funktion is not available on the slave itself, and on the master, at the pull down menu, in the management menu, where you can open the doors, only the master is listed.

Are all the firmwares at the latest revision?Can you open the door via the browser?

one note concerning the licensing. As far as I know, you only need the additional slot license if you have one MSL with more then 60 slots. So maybe you're still having a license issue.

Hello, don't know if you've fixed this yet - but you should get a list of mailslots for both Master and Slave on the Master front panel (see the attached capture). If you don't see this, then you must have something wrong with the configuration. There is a menu option on the Master to enable/disable all the mailslots on both Master and Slaves.

The only way you can access the mailslots is from the front panel, as this is a manual operation - so you can't open them remotely for security reasons

WE had a licensing issuea and a defective LAN HUB. (the new MSL internally mounted model).
