Ultra320 dual scsi card support on Netware 5.1 ***
Hello,
Does anyone has experience problems with this card + SSL1016 + NW 5.1 + Arcserve 9?
We can't find an apropriate driver for this adapter. Anyone knows how to get it?
We find one but under Arcserve 9 the card doesn't work (Arcserve does not initialize).
Any help will be welcome. It's a little urgent.
Thanks!
Luiz

Re: Ultra320 dual scsi card support on Netware 5.1 ***
Luiz:
Apologies, I just re-read your post & reealized I had answered the wrong question:
Starting again: Which Ultra320 dual SCSI card do you have (there are several?)
If it is S- torageWorks U320 SCSI Adapters
64-Bit/133-MHz Dual Channel Ultra320 SCSI Adapter
268351-B21
Then the only software supported is :-
Operating System Support Microsoft Windows 2000, .Net/XP, NT 4
Linux Red Hat Advanced Server 2.1, Red Hat 7.3, Red Hat 8.0, SLES SuSE 7
(See quickspecs at...
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/Division/10261.html
Have reached the limit of my knowledge: ANyone else able to help?
Eric

Re: Ultra320 dual scsi card support on Netware 5.1 ***
Hi Luiz;
I believe the driver you are looking for is LSIMPTNW.HAM.
It is contained in cp003466.nlm from our download site at: http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/17731.html
If you are in the process of installing the OS, you'll need to use a compression utility (such as WinZip) to open cp003466.nlm and copy the .ham and .ddi file to floppy.
Otherwise, you can intall it using the cpqdploy.nlm from within NetWare.
Cheers,
Janine
