Ultrium 1840 power supply

Having issues with the power supply in an Ultrium 1840 shobox the enclosure p/n is EH854A the power supply appears to be too low on the 12volt side and will not adjust high enough, causing the drive tonot eject and to cycle to error, hooking drive outside of the enclosure to an external power supply and it works fine, the question is where can i get a replacement 65watt power supply? PARTSURFER conviently seems to not list the supply? any help folks? the manuafacturer of the supply is Flextronics.
