Unable to write media error on ARCserve after upgrading Drive Firmware

Hello,

Recently i have upgraded driver for FC-HBA and Firmwares for Library controller, NSR, and Drives. After this, we are not able to take backup using ARCserve v11.5 SP3.Its saying "Unable to write media", "Unable to close session" "Unrecognized Media format".

My environment info below(after upgrading laters vesions),
Windows server 2003 sp2
QLA2340 - Storport v9.1.3.18
ARCServe v11.5 SP3
PSP 8.00A


MSL 6060 - Controller FW v5.20
NSR E1200-320 - v5936
Ultrium 960 - G63W

Please help me to fix this issue..

Was the firmware upgrade completed without any error ?
Have you rebboted the server after this ?
Can you format the media using arcserv ?

1. All upgrade got successful
2. I have restarted all the servers after upgrade
3. After formating also, some media getting unrecognized :(

Lets try downgrading firmware then you will need a password for that but I can't paste it here please call support
