VLS100i does not works and beep!

Hi All
Pls help and advise
I have a VLS100i, I could not access to its WEB interface with default username &password. Error message as attached file.Server always has beep signal.

I had tried to re-install (by using quick restore CD)the Unix os but problem is still the same.

Do you have link that post new version of quick restore CD or FW
