Veritas 8.6 - Unknown Media ?
Help !
I've got a TL891DLX connected to 2 * cluster nodes via a fibre hub. I have installed Veritas Backup Exec 8.6 on the cluster. During the hadrware wizard that runs at startup my tape library is recognised and labelled Compaq 1 - however, the 2 physical drives in the unit are labelled "Unknown Device" - any ideas ?
Thanks

Re: Veritas 8.6 - Unknown Media ?
This is common with Backup Exec with Libraries, you need to drag and drop the drives onto the changer.
