Veritas Backup EXEC

My autoloader is showing up as a Standalone drive. I have 2 servers that are identicle as far as hardware with two autoloaders on each. On one them work great on the other I can not get the autoloader functionalty to work. I have the two drives on there own SCSI controller with SCSI ID's 4 and 6... any one have a clue?

Did you load the autoloader/changer driver for Backup Exec (from Veritas)?
