WORM Support for Windows Server 2003

Is NT Backup supported for Windows Server 2003 WORM Media (HP Ultrium 920 /c7973w data cartridge)?
In our case the Backup Jobs starts and don´t recognize the cartridge. The Cartridge is seen in the management console.

Which Backup Solutions would work?
