If you mean the A4846A, Tape library unit, I believe it is a StorageTek 9714.

I thought the A4846A was SCSI to Fibre switch. We have two.

Sorry Raul, I don't know about your switches buy my tape library is quite clearly labeled as A4846A and Duncan "hit the bullseye" for me when he identified it as a StorageTek 9714.

The A4846A is definately an STK 9714 Timberwolf library (40 slots with 1 to 6 DLT 4000/7000 drives).

The SCSI to fibre bridges, used with the enterprise libraries, are:

A3308A 4/2 FC
A4688A 4/1 FC HV
A4689A 2/1 FC LV
A6356A Interface Manager
