Windows 2008 windows backup server doesnot show destination for Ultrim 460

Windows 2008 windows backup server doesnot show destination for Ultrim 460

We  are  having  HP proliant 350  G6 Server  and we  have  installed  HP  Ultrim 448 ( 378468-002).  installed  driver  for  PCI xpress  card  and  ultrim.  updated firmware  of  448.  it  is  showing  in system device manager but  when  we  try  for  backup  in windows  backup  server  of  2008  at  destnation nothing  is  coming  it is in  hide position.   please  help.  same  ultrim works  fine  on  windows  2003  server.  any  windows  2008  issue  ?????
