Windows NT4 hangs when rebooting

This is our configuration:
- Proliant ML370
- TL 891 Minilibrary (configured as slave)
- Minilibrary Expansion Unit (configured as master)
- OS: Windows NT4 SP6

The firmware version for both Minilibrary and Exp. Unit is the last one available (ver. 05.25, Oct. 2001).

When rebooting sometimes (very often but not always) the machine hangs on the message of shutdown. All the services seems down (at least the Networker and PC anywhere services) but the network card is still up (the machine reply to the ping).

Any suggestions?
