XP and surestore T20

I want my T20 to work under XP I can see it in the device manager but not in my computer...any help
I know nothing and now I now nothing but you think you know everything there for i am smarter

Does the backup program see it? Where exactly do you expect to see it?

Hi.

There's no way to see the drive under My Computer. You can not use it as a disk drive, you need a backup software for it to work.

According to official HP statement (http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=lpg10092&locale=en_US&taskId=115&prodSeriesId=63990&prodTypeId=12169) WinXP should support the drive with its native drivers and OS Backup.
