big problem with hp surestore 20/700

dear suppert team,

i have a problem with our surestore tape library 20/700.

we recieved sometimes an error message from our library, THETA and reach errors.

i think it must have something to do with the theta motor from the robot arm...
but if we switch off the library for 30 and restart it everything is fine...

if we restart the library the same theta and reach error messages are in the log file and the robot hand stops at init procedure.

i hope someone can help me.

Hi anni,

i can only remind me of the error code 3099 theta... the hand stops in init procedure at drive0, the first drive near bottom. if the hand move on she stops after initialisation of cleaning drives at front door.

firmware update is already installed.

I think its the motor on the hand/camera module which grap and eject the cartrige.
