blue screen of death with colorado backup II
I am using colorado backup II version 8.1 with a 14gb internal drive on a pentium III/500 running win nt4 with sp6 on a two computer network. We run the backup in the evening. Exceedingly often, when I come in the next morning, the computer has crashed to the blue screen of death. This also occured with version 8.0 which caused me to update to the latest version, but no improvement. On the blue screen we have the message "** Stop:0x0000001E (0x00000005,0x0006F3A,0x00000001,0x00000103)
kmode_exception_not_handled**"
Any suggestions?

How large is your root (c:\) partition?
Which device driver appears at the top of the list?

Re: blue screen of death with colorado backup II
The physical hard drive is partitioned into 2 virtual drives. The C:\partition is 3.99gb. The e:\partition is 5.55gb. As to the second question: I must confess to ignorance. What list are you referring to. If it is the print driver list, the one at the top of the list is a network remote printer (HP laserjet 4). If not this list, this computer is on a win nt4 os. Please tell me how to access the device driver list. Thanks
