c5709a with c7438a tape driver

I try to clean my tape drive,after insert tape clean

is immediately ejected.

Model is c7438a  and cartridge is c5709a

I have try it with system poweroff and poweron

Is incompatible,or cartidge expired ?

Solution found,was not rewind,i have to rewind it manually
