colorado tape drive specs

two colorado tape drives recently fell into my possession. a colorado jumbo 250 and a T1000. how do i find specs for these tape drives (transfer rates, capacity, etc.)? its very helpful in figuring out backup solutions. HP doesn't seem to support anything older than 3yrs and its very frustrating. if they want return business then they should at least support thier products online.
