configure virtual library in data protector express

Hello,
I've created a virtual library driver with params:
Virtual tape drives: 1
Virtual storage slots:2
Folder: E:\express_data
Size(GB):1
Used(GB):0
Min.Free (MB):2
Nolimit capacity of cartridges and no D2D2Any.

My E:\ has estimated size 1,1GB. When I format the created two storage slots, always get the error message "Error 4067: Storage pool is full or not enough disk space". Where I am wrong?
