device not getting detected

I have the device "HP StorageWorks LTO-4 Ultrium 1840 SCSI"

The server is RX2660 running HP-UX 11.31.

SCSI Ultra320 A6961-60111 is the card my server has. All the drivers for SCSI Ultra320 scsi card are installed.

The tape drive "HP StorageWorks LTO-4 Ultrium 1840 SCSI" is not getting detected. could you help me out in getting detected.

presently i have not installed LTT. if i install it how do i search for the device. are there any drivers that needs to be installed - If yes which drivers are needed.
if the drivers needs to be installed from LTT - how do i install them?

If not visible in ioscan, LTT can't see it either.

Please post

# ioscan -fn

first and check for bent pins!!!

Also check if on SAM the driver -> stape are on In in both,Current State and Pending State
