e1200-160 Serial UI problem
Hi,
When connecting to our inherited e1200-160 NSR via serial we do get the serial UI menu but we can't make a selection because in the Command> field it has "hpInitMonitor. robot ip 0.0.0.0". Anyone know what this means?
Below is what we get when the NSR is rebooted.

Re: e1200-160 Serial UI problem
If the NSR is part of an EML or ESL(e) - don't touch directly.
Otherwise try to just input your value or press return.
But the firmware is very old, consider to update!
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: e1200-160 Serial UI problem
Thanks Torsten. I forgot to mention that the reason were trying to connect is to update the firmware. We can't connect and update it via telnet or ftp because we believe the default IP of 1.1.1.1 has been changed. We tried just pressing 5 and return but nothing happens.
It is embedded in an HP MSL6030 tape storage library.

I have seen this message before with older firmware, but it works anyway.
