Hi
I have ESL-E series library, I am puting 2 new ultrium 3 drive in new cluster controller, I want to see 1 drive in red zone and 1 drive in blu zone in my san. which port on the router is working with Fibre channel port 0 and Fibre channel port 1.

Solution
The ESL-E is managed by a supervisor that is IM (Interface Manager)
The IM use a internal algorithm to Map the tapes to the SAN, and the decision made by IM cannot be change by default.
Now there is the possibility to controll these mapping if you need to specify one Drive to a specific port or to a specific host, in order to do that you need to use Secure Manager, via CommandView TL.
Secure manager need a license is you want to selectively present devices to specific port or hosts.
