1-Event - Move Retry
2-Library Error - IR: source slot or drive empty
3-Library Error - HE: sled home not found

the first and the third are correlated. this indicate a piker movement problem, probably the picker hang during the movement for some reason.
the second one may be correlated if the picker was in a wrong position, or this error may due to the backup application not synchronized with the library.

Usualy a reboot of the unit correct all these errors.
