failed simulaneously 2 drives

Hallo!
We have experienced serios problem.
After some year of flowless work, two from three drives failed.
First - tape stuck in one drive. After, power cycle library, it requests recalibration, but it fails until I put this drive offline. The same happens with second drive.
Now we have two offline drives with stuked tapes and Third drive works unstable, with frequently tape stuks.
Must we request from HP support change all drives? Please help somehow? May be You can send manual in where I can see how to remove stucked tape.

Hi,
what type of Library is it and which tapedrives are in use? Message sounds that some of your tapes are to old.

If a drive has a stuck tape, there is no point troubleshooting the library. Remove the stuck tapes and then see if there is an issue.

If a drive has a stuck tape it wil likely not respond to anything, and will cause communication issues for the library, server, etc.
