getting Apparently SCSI Unit Attention while backup is running and backup fails

Hi all

I get the above mentioned error i.e "Apparently SCSI Unit Attention" during backup sessions and the backup fails.

Have any of you faced this problem previously.
Can you help me diagionse the problem

Hi,
You have not providing a lot of info.
Assuming you have W2K or W2K3 servers in the SAN, check if the RSM service is disabled, this is very important. Also management software like OVSAM may play role here.
