hardware specs for HP tape drive, what does it come with...

I am trying to get some price quotes on an HP external tape drive. I found the one that I need on the HP website...

And would like to know if the scsi cable is included or do I have to pruchase.

I am just looking for a basic FW 68 pin scsi cable.

You might need to purchase the cable too, since it's priced and as an accessory item.

What type of server do you have? Which SCSI adapter will you connect to this driver?

If you have a FWD adapter, the cable you need is - 328215-001 - 5 m Wide Differential SCSI Cable, 68 pin.

They usually come with a cable as a new product and terminator if needed. The cable you will get depends upon what is the current one at time of purchase.usually 68-68 pin but now are shipping with 68-VHD68 pin cables depending upon where you purchase it from i suppose and how long they have been in stock.
Buying a second user one you wont get the cable or terminator.
But dont connect it to a FWD i/f like previously mentioned these are Single Ended LVD scsi NOT FWD
