how to save L&TT report

can any one let me know how can get save my L&TT report and. detals.

Running LTT on windows is easy, since it has a GUI.

To collect an L&TT support ticket:
1) Install LTT from www.hp.com/support/tapetools (if you haven't already).
2) Stop your backup software & services (if appliciable)
3) Start LTT. It will scan your system for supported devices automatically.
4) Select the device in question.
5) Select the "Support" tool from the menu bar.
6) Click on "Extract device data" (if present).
7) Click on "Save Support Ticket", and provide an appropriate file name. All details levels are stored for support to view.
8) You can also click on "view support ticket". Also some of the information is low level device logs, there is a section called "device analysis" that (for most devices) reviews the device logs and provides layman's summary (including warnings and possible errors).
